Responsibilities

Assist in financial data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Help with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, newsletters, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative support to both finance and marketing departments as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial analysis techniques is preferred.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and promoting local businesses.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional South African languages is a plus.
